Can you have a sand sifting cucumber with cc substrate?

I do not belive that would be very benifical to the cuke. The reason is that the sandsifting cuke feeds by taking in sand and filtering out the food from the sand and then expelling the sand behind the cuke. Having CC substrate could damage the inside of the cuke's digestive system or the particles themselves might be to large for the cuke to intake.
