I'm thinking I want to move up from my 55gl next summer. I was thinking a 125gl custom sump, stand, hood, drilled, the whole 9yards! Seems like a lot of work, have you done it (with a tank this big) and in the end is it worth it?

It's worth it if you have the means to support it. ;) it's always better to go bigger if you can!

Ya was thinking this but I feel like 125gl will be enough work compared to my current 55gl. My fear is getting discouraged and giving up 1/2 way through because I'm no millionaire and this build could take 6mo to a year. But I've learned by now what I like & don't like about my current set up so I've got some great ideas! Or ones that would make my life easier! Lol I've learned you have to be creative in this hobby lol!
