Cyclop eeze feeding?

Hey all...

We had a lfs doing giveaways today and I won two cans of Cyclopeeze freeze dried food.
I have read great things about peoples fish and corals loving the stuff, my only question is....how do you dispense it?

Just mix it with water and pour in the tank? Use a turkey baster?

If anyone has experience with this, I'd appreciate it

Mine again is the....freeze dried kind.

I just take a bit with my fingers and dip into the water. Water flow does the rest. The can does not say but I believe the stuff is to be refridgerated after opening. The website used to mention it.
