Cyno

I got some cyno on a piece of LR and during a bi weekly water change I took out the LR and washed the cyno off. Is this good enough to get rid of the cyno?

Doubtful.... cyano typically develops where high nutrients accumulate in area of low flow. Eradication usually requires solving both issues.

Over feeding
Poor make up water quality
These are the top reasons for Cyano blooms. IMO.

Cured by checking your makeup water, 0 TDS
Reduce feeding
Add a power head or two
And keep up the water changes.
