What fish can I keep with a domino damsel in my 30 gallon reef

Honestly the only things I would suggest to add with a Domino, would be other Damsels, or maybe one of the more aggressive clowns, also in the Damsel family.
They are really fiesty fish and will outcompete most other types for food.
30 gallons and reef really limit your options to go with a Domino.

A Flame Angel would probably do OK, with the Domino, attitude wise. But I'm not sure about a Flame in a 30 gal. ( just not sure off-hand).

Iv got a domino with a three stripe damsel. Really it all depends on the fishs personality. But looking at other ppls experiences and my own I would say if you don't want to get rid of it go with a damsel only tank. It sucks I know but they just can't be trusted. Damsels all ususally tend to be extremly territorial. Especially if their the first in the tank.
