My tank has been up for about 2 1/2 months and not the top of rocks are starting to become covered in green. At first I thought it was a good thing like growth because my tank is new but now im worried that this could eventually turn into hair algae. 35 gallon all parameter 0 what do i do?

Try cutting down on the light cycle, how long do your lights currently stay on? Also how much do you feed and how often? Keep up the weekly PWC ad if it gets thick you can manually remove it.

Light cycle may be the problem i have blues on for 12 hours and whites for 8. I feed maybe every 3 days i just have corals a goby and a pistol shrimp right now so not very much feeding going on. I also do about 2 water changes a week also. SO it has to be the lights
