What is a good diet for a flame angel fish?

Mine nibbles a little bit of everything, thankfully, not the corals yet. It has eaten Nori from the clip, some seafood mush that I make for the corals and smaller fish and is constantly grazing the rocks.

My Coral Beauty likes formula 2 and now they make a pigmy angel formula that it likes as well.

mine wont eat flake food

Mine will eat flake... but does much better and seems to have more vibrant color when eating frozen.
