DIY fish trap?

Hi guys I have been gradually building up my corals and have a nice blue cheek goby. Unfortunately he is getting sand everywhere! I didn't mind it at first but now he's getting it all over the corals. I want to swap him at my Lfs but how am I gonna catch him? He obviously burrows under my live rock? Anyone know of a diy fish trap I could make?

Coke bottle! Cut the end off with a knife and turn the end round inside the bottom half of the bottle!
Put food in there! The fish can find their way in but not out!
