Do I Have Proper Lighting

I have a 65 gallon tank with fish and a lot of live rock. The lighing that came with the tank is 96 watts described as follows: 50/50 Fluorescent Lamp The Coralife 50/50 lamps are a mixture of 50% 6000 Kelvin natural daylight and 50% Kelvin Actinic 03 blue.

Is this good lighting for fish and LR?

I think your good to go if your not keeping any delicate corals.

150 gal inwall reef tank, DIY everything except the tank and skimmer, MAG-24 return, 3 1200 Maxi-jets, Turboflotor 1000 Skimmer, 100qt Igloo Cooler sump.

Yep. Your good for rock and fish. The rock wont be able to support coral life but should have some coraline growth.
