While transfering all my rock and a few small frags from one tank to a larger one I accidently burried a small coral. The tank was like a milk shake and I didn't see it happen while adding the sand. Will this cause a ammonia spike? Should I dig up the sand till I find it?

Is it a big deal or should I not worry.

How big is the tank? If it is larger than 50 gals and the coral is small I wouldn't worry. Keep your eye on your parameters as you can easily do a water change if anything gets crazy. Mix up some saltwater just in case
