Just curious, never really seen a topic about them, I assume they are just too hard to take care of?

its not they are too hard to take care of, its just most people dont know how to, or are to scared to try. i personally have never had them, but i have heard success stories. i will try eventually though.

I will eventually get a tank for them, but I have 4 tanks now and not enough $$ to do what I want with them :D

yeah that article is good reading, they touch on a lot of different things going on around the world.

Whole site dedicated to the captive care of seahorses...

http://www.seahorse.org/

Do little reading and I think you will find that seahorses can do well in captivity given the proper enviroment, tankmates and feeding. They just require a little more care than some people are up for.

I don't think I am experienced enough or have the time to fully treat a seahorse the way they need to be treated but none the less I find them very intresting.

Maybe in some time and some hard research I will take on the challange...

Thanks for the site link, good stuff...
