Does water that you've mixed up with salt go bad?

Does water that you've mixed up with salt go bad?

It hasn't been moving around just sitting in a 5 gallon bucket...

Curious before I put it in my tank or not ????

I wouldn't say it goes bad but in theory wouldn't the ph drop from lack of oxygen?

step1: test the ph on it if its low then
step2: add a small powerhead to move water surface or airstone to it

if you cant do step 1 then do step 2 anyway to be safe

or maybe sum1 good with chemistry will come along

I can definitely swirl it around with a power head and check the PH level.

PH is 7.8 just about the same as my DT
