I have omega one super veggie dried seaweed, green, red , and brown, do you think they are actually different types or just died. Would they provide different flavor or nutritional value.

read the package, I'll bet it says 100% Dried Seaweed. No preservatives added

But they are different varieties, aren't they? Surely they don't artificially color them. I would imagine the taste is different to the fish.

Yup, the red is Palmaria Palmata, the green Porphyra Yezoensis and the purple Porphyra Umbilicalis

And don't call me Shirley

Are the different varieties recommended for different herbivores? Or is it just a nice variety to offer? The dried seaweed is sure convenient.

I would guess that a hungry herbivore/omnivore may not be that picky and as time goes one would become less picky had they been predisposed to be prior
