Hi, I looked at my Dwarf Angel this morning and his tail is entirely frayed. It look as though someone took a weedwacker to it. :(

It doesn't seem red, it's just splitting and looks like sharp strips and it's much !!! shorter.

Is he sick? I someone attacking him?

I have a psudochromis, clownfish and a bi-color blenny.

How should I treat him? What can I do to help?

Otherwise, he's swimming around like normal... doing his thing. Grazing.
Thanks.

I agree with austindad. I used to have a dottyback and he attacked EVERYONE in the tank including a beauty angel who was almost 3 times bigger than him.

so you don't think he's sick right? he's just getting attacked by my dottyback?

he has another yellowish tear (it's very tiny) on his upper fin...top)...

my angelfish loves to chase my dottyback around... he sort of bully hims but i think they're just playing around. my dottyback hides in his little nooked so the angel can't get him. sometime he'll retaliate and chase my angel but i haven't ever seen him bite...

they have all been in the tank for months now..

thoughts?
