Dwarf Seahorses

feed them twice a day, newly hatched brine shrimp. They won't touch it if it isn't alive. Keep them in less than 10 gal, low to no current.
 
Seahorses are different from most fish, they need a small tank. I wouldn't suggest a 20 because it would be harder to control current than in a smaller tank.
 
I think it's too big. I kept 20 in a 4gal. you don't want too much water, otherwise they won't be able to get to their food. I suggest a nano tank
