Easiest anemone to add to established tank?

I'm considering an anemone. I've heard many horror stories but keep entertaining the option.

What do you think is he easiest anemone to add to a 1+yr old tank? I'm soon to transfer to a 120 gallon and will likely change my dual 175w to dual 400w lights. Thanks all!

I would wait until several months after the tank change and then consider a captive raised E. quadricolor clone.

if your setting up a new tank I would wait. a BTA is a good choice.
