Eclipse 12 saltwater?

Hey there, i just got a free eclipse 12 tank. Can this be used for salt water? The filter is rated at 150 GPH is that good enough? that would turn the water over 12.5 times in one hour. is that good?

Yes, 10-15x is sufficient for a decent setup. What are you planning on doing with the tank? If it's fish only, you'll be fine with the original setup, but if you're planning a reef, you'll need to upgrade to better lighting.

Yep. Just keep your Alkalinity, Calcium and PH up.
