Eheim Wet/Dry Filter

Hi, im having trouble with my new Eheim 2227 Wet/Dry Professional Canister. Currently my Eheim isnt doing anything (no water in or out) when turn on. But i heard a pretty loud *kin*kin sound. Has anyone had this problem before?

Any tip/hints would be great thanks!
