Sad day, my long nose hawk fish was found crispy on top if the tank. I have the openings covered with 2/3" clear mesh, but he managed to make the jump anyways. This is the third one I have had in 20 years and they all died the same way, by eventually finding a hole just big enough to commit suicide with.

No more long nose hawk fish for me, even though I love them.

He had to have remarkable aim to get this done. I also had a snowflake eel pull the same trick 10 years ago. He hit a hole that I coundn't have stuffed him thru intentionally.

I already do I have a Dartfish and I'm planning on getting a 6Line wrasse as my last fish due to agressiveness, so I already have EVERYTHING covered. nothing has jumped so far.
