Established Tank or Not?
I just moved my 37 gallon tank that only had live rock and live sand into a 20 gallon long tank , is it considered established ? I used the same water , LR and LS. When should it be safe to add fishes and etc?

I am sure you will have some kind of spike. You disturbed your Rock and sandbed. Some of your bacteria in your sand was most likely smothered while dumping it into the new tank. Im sure it will not be big or long but just moniter for about a week. If nothing serious you can slowly add fish.
