evil crabs!!!

My hermits have successfully killed my last two snails. EVIL EVIL crabs!!!! I used to have 10 snails... and now I have none.

lots of folks have trouble with hermits and snails. Your options are to have snails that are well over or under-sized compared to the hermits so they don't consider them possible future homes. Or to go with all of one or the other, but not both.

I've noticed a bunch of people lately are deciding to "declaw" their tanks...Are they dwarf crabs? I know first-hand that the large ones are evil....

I am a new convert, I'm tired of replacing snails there shells can be very decorative so I got rid of all clawed creatures except for a pistol shrimp and 3 cleaner shrimp. I am very happy w/ the results.
