Feather duster hitchhiker

Hi All, I picked up some Nassarius snails the other day. I noticed that one of them has the tiniest feather duster clinging to its shell. Will it drop off and find a new place in the tank? Should I try to remove it from the snail?

Mini dusters are fun to watch. I would leave it alone and see where it goes.
