For anyone wondering how long one could last. This feather duster is about a year and half old in my aquarium. Who knows how old it was when I bought it but it was this big so I can only imagine it was full grown. They're great buys. I've never added any "food" for it either.

Also another tip:
Don't remove its tube when the "crown" falls off, mine grew another crown when that happened (in my 34g build thread).
