Feeding

I got a question about feeding I have a 76 gal bowfront with 2 med. Anemones , 1 bubble coral , 1 star polyp, 2 pieces of live rock with numerous zoanthids I feed twice a week with reef roids and I feed the anemones brine shrimp once a week everything looks healthy just wondering if I'm feeding accurately, please advice.

IMO target feeding is not needed for any of those. They get all they need from the lighting and water column. I have target fed some orange sun polyps before because they dont benefit from the lighting. Other than that I have not target fed anything in my tank in 13+ yrs.
