Feeding Brain

About 4 weeks ago I got a beautiful metalic open brain. I really want to care for it properly so I need to know if I am to feed the brain should I feed all three mouths or would one suffice?

I have never target fed my brain corals. They get all they need from the lighting and water column. Here are mine. The green brain is about 7 yrs old and the blue or purple in 4 yrs old.

you can target feed mysis shrimp, or krill. Mine eats whatever it catchs. I've seen it eat flake food.

When I fed yesterday it ate a piece of shrimp almost a half-an-inch long.

I had a trachyphyllia similar to the one you have pictured above and I never actually fed it either. I kept it for about 2 years before losing my system to divorce. I suggest feeding your system normally (your fish) and allowing the coral to get what it gets from those feedings.

As long as you do your water changes and skimming you can get away with feeding. If not it's the road to a crashed tank.

Your LFS did not tell you the truth. Here is some before and after pics and I do not target feed my corals. They get all they need from the lighting and water column. Your LFS was trying to make a sale. They will not look any better by feeding as long as you have good lighting and stuff in the water column for them.
