feeding clowns

What food/foods should I use to feed clown fish to keep them happy,healthly? Please give specific brands of names and how often and when I should feed then. TIA

Mine eat flakes, frozen, and sinking pellet (small, not medium) foods, Ocean Nutrition One and Two (one for the meat, the other for the veggies). Once or trice a week, I soak the frozen in Garlic Guard. The pellets are already garlic enhanced. Keeps th immune system up and attracks the heck out of'm come feeding time.

I feed once a day, and vary the food.

I feed my percs OSI Spirulina flakes, FormulaOne pellets, Cyclop-Eeze frozen, FormulaOne frozen cubes, mysis shrimps frozen. Sometimes I soak the mysis in Selcon. I thaw the frozen foods before feeding.

I vary the food also.

I feed green life line, mysis shrimp, cyploeeze, and daphnia daily. Sublemented with occasional flake and pellets. My Maroon clwns eat all. They really go after the green life line and mysis shrimp.
