Feeding fish ?

I was just wondering about your thoughts on this ! I feed my fish twice daily and 10% pwc weekly ! I just figure that the fish in the ocean are constantly grazing/feeding so so should mine ! All I do is starve them for 1 day a month
So they can clean out their guts ! I haven't lost a single fish/coral in the last 3 years (touch wood) what's your feeding regime ?

Every 2 or 3 days... depending on how cute my clownfish is begging.

IMO it really depends on the fish in the tank. I could feed my tank 3 times a week if I didnt have my wrasse but I feed 1-2 times a day because of him right now beings i just got him. I am now testing just feeding 1 time a day to see how is belly changes. I want him plump so if that means i have to do more PWC then ill have to.
