Feeding malu anemone

Have seen people feed prawns from the supper market. All I can find is cooked and frozen prawns. Will these be OK to feed if I thaw them in some tank water. Just wasn't sure with them being cooked

I have heard you should feed raw. Can't remember the reason that was given for not feeding pre-cooked.

As long as the seafood hasn't been seasoned or preservatives added, fresh, frozen, raw or cooked all work fine.
