feeding question

Alright so i live in las vegas and looks like all our fish stores here have stopped carrying rods food which i have fed my fish since day one almost 3 yrs now. Was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what i should switch too? Also if any flake food i should add into my feeding?

Thanks for any advice in advance.
