Feeding schedule?

Alright so I've heard 2 times a day, once a day, and every other day. How often should I feed? Stocking is as follows:
1 occ. clown
1 bangaii cardinal
1 royal gramma
1 purple fire fish
1 yellow watchman goby
1 six line wrasse

What are you feeding? Every other day worked for me.

I plan to do new life spectrum with garlic and then frozen mysis some days.

As long as the spectrum has veggie content, sounds good. Consider adding zoe or other vitamin with your garlic.
