I want to feed my fish some supplemental seaweed.

I have some 100% natural giant seaweed that I picked up from the market...its kinda rubbery (I think). I don't know how fish are supposed to bite it off in pieces and chew it.

The only other seaweed i know of is the "roasted" kind you use to prepare sushi.

How would you feed it? hang it from a suction cup in the tank?

I buy mine at my LFS. They make special clips for it, or you can stick it to your magnet cleaner if you have one, or rubberband it to a rock or whatever else works. The fish will find it whereever you place it.

I use dried Nori (from the local oriental store) attached to a feeder clip. Basically a plastic clip with a suction cup. You just attach the clip to the side of the tank. My Tang loves it and grazes on it all day in addition to his regular feeding (he is such a pig). What kind of fish are you planning to feed?
