Finally got some fish

After my ich problem about two months back my tank has been without fish and pretty boring. I finally got two more clowns. They are smaller than the last ones i had and my question is about the flow in the tank. They seem to be hosting the one corner of my tank. Thats fine with me but it seems that the flow is too much for them there and they seem to be putting alot of effort towards just staying put. I have a 14 gallon biocube which has a pump for the filter and I also have a nano koralina powerhead. The flow is exactly the same as I had it with my old clowns and they werent alot bigger, so is it ok to have the flow on the same of should i slow something down so they arent getting hit as hard?

You dont want them getting blasted but some moderate flow will be OK for them. Hopefully this time around they`ll be OK. Go slowly adding fish.

Yea I would call it medium flow. I just feel bad at night that they have to move around so much. My old ones found a corner with almost no flow and could stay there at night without moving barely at all. And as for fish im not adding anymore other than these. Im just gonna go for inverts from here after.
