firefish goby

read on liveaquaria.com that they like to jump out of the tank? anyone have one that could comment on their jumping tendencies? I want to get one but dont have a top on my tank.

I have two Redtail fire fish and when they get spooked they jump into my overflow. I would not reccomend them unless there is a top on the tank.
Other then that no more then two to a tank. I had four in my 75 gal. reef and two paired up and beat the other two up. I was able to get them out to another tank.

i feel that if they dont get spooked it be ok i have 2 yellow jaw fish that are jumpers but have had them for a long time with no top on the tank but did untill they made a good home and settled downsome
