Fish food

I'm at the point where I need to start worrying about fish food. Which is better, Formula One & Two pellets or frozen cubes? What is the best flake food? Is there anything else foodwise I need to stock before getting lr, a cleanup crew and a fish?

55g cycled. 15g sump, refugium, lr rubble, mag 7, Maxi-Jet 1200. 36lbs hirocks.com, 20# keys 20# gulf lr.com to arrive on Wensday!

I'm big into frozen foods. I use F1, F2, & Prime Reef frozen foods in rotation.

Formula foods are all good. I started on the frozen, but the problem is I don't need a whole cube to feed the 4 fish in my reef. Luckily FW fish love it too.
However I switch to the pellets for convenience. They also make formula 1 & 2 in flakes.

the most important thing is to feed a variety, and don't overfeed.
