Fish food frozen or pellet

I read alot about feeding pellet food is better than frozen but what about the corals and other invertebrates don't feeding frozen food give them a little !! I love the new life spectrum stuff

Fish so far 2 clowns , a dead dotty back , 2 hermits , 2 snails and adding a emerald crab to eat the dotty back today !! But future fish are goby , flame angle , shrimp , tube worms and some corals and small friendly fish nothing aggressive

The hermits will find the dead fish. Vary your food. Use veggie matter and meat.
