Just wanted some opions on my fish list. It's for a 240 gallon FOWLR tank.

1 Queen angel
1 French angel
1 Blue fin or Lemmonpeel dwarf
2 Blue tang, Naso Blonde (male), Blue caribbean, Sailfin
1 Niger or Bluelined Trigger
1 Scotts fairy wrasse
1 Royal Gramma
1 Maroon Clown
1 Honeycomb puffer
1 Yellowhead Jawfish
2 Neon blue goby
assorted snails and cleaning crabs

I know the large angels are a conflict but i want to put both in at the same time and at a very small size so they can grow up together. It's just a first draft. If i could figure out how to get a blue line grouper in there without him eating everything i would. Next tank will be a predator tank.

With a list that big you may need a tank 400gallons plus..

Choose one large angel..
Dwarf is okay
2 Blue tang, Naso Blonde (male), Blue caribbean, Sailfin
Thats alot of large tangs there
Choose 2 only..IMO

The smaller fish sound okay..

And the puffer will swallow anything that can fit in its mouth..

What does everyone else think?

Sorry, looking back now one thing i wrote was confusing. Where i wrote:

2 Blue tang, Naso Blonde (male), Blue caribbean, Sailfin

I meant two tangs out of the 4 listed, not 2 blue tangs, 1 naso blonde, 1 blue caribbean, and 1 sailfin ( total of 5 ).

What do you think on the triggers?
Could i put two dwafts in or should i only go with one like the large angel?

most triggers are aggressive and will attack smaller fish aka. food source.. some people get nice triggers.. but i wouldnt risk it

Could i put two dwafts in or should i only go with one like the large angel?

that would be a better idea than an angel

then you could go with the following:

2 dwarf angels
1 Blue Tang
1 Sailfin Tang
1 Scotts fairy wrasse
1 Royal Gramma
1 Maroon Clown
1 Yellowhead Jawfish
2 Neon blue goby
assorted snails and cleaning crabs

that looks good to me

The niger trigger would be a good choice...
IMO yellow head jaw fish will not do well in a tank with large fish. They are shy and will have trouble getting food. They also do better in pairs or colonies..
3 tangs would be fine in a 240
I have no angles so I can't say much about them.
let me know where you find a scotts fairy wrasse.. I have had my LFS trying to get me one for years. Very cool fish.. They are JUMPERS, mine jumped through a 3/4 gap in my canopy top through my lights and landed behind the tank :( i could not believe it when it happened.. I had trouble getting him behind the 125 and he died the next day..
