What are the best things to feed a Flame Angel?

They are omnivores, so a regular mixed diet would work well for them.

how small of a tank can a flame angle be healthy in? im starting my 29 gal up and i would really like a flame angle

35lbs sand (20lbs of lfs ls i think it cycled my tank faster)

30 gal. would be as small as I would go, and larger, as always, would be better. They like lots of places to hide.
