flash me!

i have a PJ cardinal in my QT tank cuz im trying to get it rid of its ich. hes been clean on the outside for a while and is getting fat. doing good in other words.....my QT is running at 1.009 for hypo salinity and i add greenx once in a while to add to the cure, hes been in there for alomst 3 weeks, i want to keep him in for about 5 but as of now he looks good but he still fashes on my heater once in a while, any reason??i thought the ich cant live in hyposalinity tanks for long?

There are many reasons why the fish may flash, parasites are just one. If all the ick were to die within a few days, there would be no reason to qt it for 5 weeks
