Fleas?

Been cycling my tank for about 6 weeks now just have a clean up crew in at the moment but it now has loads of tiny creatures in there what look like fleas will these be eaten when I introduce fish..... or should I be worried?

Those are pods, most likely amphipods. They are a beneficial part of your clean up crew and even food for some fish.
