How important flow is in a reef

The short answer is - very! How comes? Thinking you don't have enough?

Pointing up, down, everywhere without disturbing your corals, the more flow less stagnant water meaning less wast left sitting around causing nitrates and more beneficial bacteria development cause of exchanging gases ( in water and out water ) that's just the beginning of how important flow is.

I mean I can say I don't have that much flow at all do I need to get one ASAP and I have corals
