I have a 15 gallon globe tank that I got from someone. For filtration it has a fluval 404 and a 104 on it with both outputs pointing counterclockwise on the globe. I noticed that it doesn't seem to be a lot of flow overall in the tank, and corals like my GSP and duncan don't seem to move very much. I recently purchased a Sicce Voyager Nano 2000 stream pump to add some extra flow in the tank. Where should I put it and point it in order to get the best flow for the corals? Should I get another pump to add to it? Is it possible to have too much flow for the tank?
Thanks!

Also, should I keep the powerhead going constantly?

In a globe, it doesn't matter where you point it.
Yes, keep the powerhead on at all times.
