I am gonna be setting up a fluval spec V in a little bit and want to make it a reef.
The lighting doesnt seem to great, it is 7500k LEDs.
Wanted to know if these could grow zoanthids, polyps, leather, and mushrooms. And of anyone has any suggestions on what type of lighting please share them!

Yeah definitely won't grow corals, replace it with a par38 bulb and you should be good to go.

Yes that should work fine over the tank for most any corals.

I have a mix of many different saltwater fish amongst my tanks, but I love my Tangs most of all.
