Going to get some fish food soon for my 90 gallon tank. What are some recommendations on food? Flakes, seaweed, shrimp?

Depends on what you want to put in it. I do white fish, squid or octo, some minced nori, and clams. Add vitamins, garlic, and micofoods as needed.

+1 on the homemade foods.. take all of your ingredients and blend them up in a blender . Then put it in little Ziploc bags and spread it into a thin sheet of food. After that put it in the freezer so it freezes in a sheet and you can break off and thaw your own frozen fish food. My fish love it!

Mr. X brought up the topic of homemade food and due to the reuests, started the above thread. obviously you don't have to stick to his recipe 100% but its prob a good idea to get close. as for the amount, I started off with 1/8 lb of each and it made me an entire sandwich ziplock of food...
