Going to get some fish food soon for my 90 gallon tank. What are some recommendations on food? Flakes, seaweed, shrimp?

Nothing yet but thinking of getting chromis at first

Depends on what you want to put in it. I do white fish, squid or octo, some minced nori, and clams. Add vitamins, garlic, and micofoods as needed.

Then what mash it up?

+1 on the homemade foods.. take all of your ingredients and blend them up in a blender . Then put it in little Ziploc bags and spread it into a thin sheet of food. After that put it in the freezer so it freezes in a sheet and you can break off and thaw your own frozen fish food. My fish love it!

Hmmm what kind of vitamins should you add? This sounds interesting and much more cost effective.
