Found something in my tank!

So I was checking out my filtration before I went to sleep and found this:

Does anyone know what it is? I'm almost certain it's an anemone, even though this tank never had one.. I wonder how it got in my tank then? I did just do a 10 gallon water change with salt water from my local aquarium store.. I'm assuming it came from that, but I'm not sure.

Google aptaisia or mananjo anemone, they are considered pests because they can multiply quickly. Most likely came in on your live rock perhaps?
