Fragging a frogspawn

I have a branching frogspawn that's gotten HUGE and need to frag it and sell some pieces. Would using an oscillating tool on the brown (hard) parts of the branches work well? How hard is that section (ie, will i need a special blade, etc)?

It's easier to cut than wood so no special blade needed
