It's found this poking out of a hole in my live rock! Type of bristle worm? Has bristles in 3 rows.

I saw one identical to that on a local forum the other day, they swore up and down it was a fire worm. Looking at google, I can't tell much difference, but it might be somewhere for you to start. Seems like all the bristleworm pics I've seen looked more like a brown aloe vera leaf.
 
Yeah usually bristle worms more flat. My vote FireWorm. Get a trap.
