I just got a frogspawn frag and the base slit when it was fraged. The frog spawn is opening well. Will it die because the base is split? If so can I glue the cracked areas together to help prevent this?

Is the flesh split, or the skeleton? If the skeleton is split, you can glue it and it should be fine, if you glue the flesh, you may experience some problems. The big concern with the flesh will be infection, Euphyllia coras are prone to brown jelly infections, if this happens the coral head could be consumed in a matter of a few hours. Give the coral good flow and good water quality, and if it doesn't get infected, it should heal up in a few days.
