Most of the time you don't see your shrimp eat. They are scavengers, and will eat what they come across. I know some shrimp it takes time for them to get adjusted; while other are out from the time you put them in the tank.

29g FOWLR- 2 Percula Clowns
2 Emerald Mithrax Crab, 5 Nassarius Snails, 3 Astrea Snails, 1 mexican turbo snails, 1 Chocolate Chip Star, 1 Peppermint Shrimp, and 27lbs of LR 2lbs tonga branch and 25lbs fiji rock

Maiden's Hair, Calerpa, and Red Kelp macro algae.

Please don't laugh, but I am a bit afraid of my coral banded shrimp. I have left my hand in the tank and he "tasted" my fingers with his antenna, but he also made a lunging motion and it freaked me out. How strong are those little pincers?

My girlfriends mom had a monster of a coral banded shrimp...i was scared of that one!

I handfeed my peppermint shrimp...you can feel them picking at your fingers, but it doesnt hurt
