A school of chronic are always really nice to watch , you do not need a predator just like the other said they will e food , if your doing reef tank keep everything as peaceful as possible , your chromis will school on their own

Not necessarily so. They might congregate in a corner, but they could also spread out just as easily. Just my observations.

my 2 school great in my 125 and theres no predators. besides what does it really matter? the chromis is a great bright addition to any tank. wheather they school or not, they are an insanely active fish and will liven up any tank.

Ok so I got a few fish today. I got 12 chromies but when I got home I double checked and there was only 11. 1 cleaner rasp a Black Sea slug of some sort. 4 fire fish a cleaner wrassle. And there was another fish I forgot the name of. Also got 3 clown loaches for my fresh tank. Guess what I paid for all of them ..? ..
