Yes, I've decided on the size. I'm using a 2" for the overflow. The returns for this will be over the back so I don't need bulkheads for those.

The other two 2" are for the intakes on the closed loop, I'll need strainers for those. Then the four 1" bulkheads will be for the closed loop returns.

I might go smaller though. As in go 3/4" pipe where I said 1" and 1.5" pip where I said 2".
